Steel Decking 

For fast track construction; high quality materials and safety are the governing factors. It becomes vital to carefully adopt building materials that confirm to these parameters.

For fast construction of multistoried buildings ; floor /roof slabs of each floor has to be taken up simultaneously and independent of other floor. Conventional concreting with shuttering involves erecting and dismantling of temporary props and formwork, which is laborious , cumbersome, time consuming and messy. To alienate all these problems decking can be used as an alternative. 

We offer deep depth profiled metal deck sheeting to function as permanent Form-work or as a composite Roof/Floor slab. This eliminates use of conventional shuttering and props for casting 50/ 100mm thick (over the crest) slabs.

Profile

Precision engineered, specially designed 88mm depth , 200 mm pitch , roll formed trapezoidal profile.

The profile is available in thickness range of 0.60 mm to 1.00 mm, and is offered in customized lengths as per requirements.

We also offer embossed deck sheeting. Embossment is a protruded etching on the inclined web-surface of deck sheeting that considerably enhances the bonding between concrete and the metal deck sheet and provides resistance to separation of the slab from the deck sheet hence ensuring composite action.
