JMBS 160-500 STANDING SEAMING ROOF PROFILE

JMBS 160-500 precision engineered roofing system is a unique solution to the roofing problems faced in various buildings. The inherent property of deep depth trapezoidal profiled roofing sheets with specially designed boltless fixing systems makes it the preferred alternative to the conventional shallow profile.

PROFILE

Roll formed, trapezoidal profiled roof sheet of 16mm depth and 500mm effective cover width. The profile system has deep valley with the end profile being fastened with the adjacent profile and seamed.

FIXING SYSTEM SEAM FRAME SYSTEM

GI coated seam frames, having the same profile as the of the roofing sheet, with integral washer and nut, is fixed all along the length of the purlins.

The roofing sheet is secured to the seam frame and is a boltless fixing system without puncturing of the sheets this system has high stability against wind velocity and against uplift pressure.
